Chris began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1985 as an office broker in the Schaumburg market. While there he was involved in a variety of transactions including tenant representation, landlord representation, building sales and land acquisition. From there Chris opened and managed a brokerage office for Rubloff in Washington, DC. At Xerox Realty, Chris was Vice President of Marketing responsible for land sales within Lansdowne, Xerox Realty’s 2,267 acre mixed-use community in Northern Virginia. Since joining Bobowski & Associates, Chris has been focused on tenant representation.

Mr. Bobowski graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1982 with a Degree in Business concentration in marketing and finance.
